Description:

We’ve all had moments of disorganization from time to time, and we’ve also experienced the intense relief that comes following a “deep cleaning” of our homes, offices, cars…. For some, however, the clutter of disorganization seems to grow by the day, with no relief in sight. This is particularly true in our ever-changing world where your job expects you to take on more and more, the news upsets you and the future feels more uncertain than ever.

In this presentation, you’ll discover the ways to successfully help your disorganized clients overcome the stress and make the emotional and behavioral changes necessary to live a less cluttered and happier life.

About the speaker:

Mary is founder and president of Mary C. Owens, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Social Work Degree with a concentration in Mental Health. After 25 years working in the mental health field as a Mental Health Counselor and Program Director, specializing in working with clients suffering from anxiety and mood disorders, Mary became a Certified Life Transitions Coach & Divorce Coach. Throughout her career, Mary has helped hundreds of people manage their fears and other emotions and make amazing life transitions.

She currently specializes in helping women who are faced with a life transition such as divorce, midlife “crisis”, or career change. Mary coaches them to manage all the emotions and overwhelm that come with change and develop a positive mindset, so they start taking action and move confidently toward the next chapter in their lives.

Membership in the NAPO South Florida Chapter requires NAPO National membership. We welcome guests to attend our meetings to learn more about the Chapter. The $20.00 per meeting Guest fee may be paid by credit card when you register online.
