Please join us for this month's General Membership meeting.  Networking begins at 10:15 am and continues during lunch.

Topic: How Social Media Marketing Helps Grow Our Businesses

The presentation will focus on establishing your social media presence, Promoting your services and engaging with your target audience (primarily on Instagram, which is the ideal platform to market your services).

About the speaker:   Vanessa Molina, Bits & Pieces Media

Vanessa Molina Santamaria is the founder of Bits & Pieces Media, a boutique content marketing firm specializing in editorial strategies, social media initiatives, creative services and project management. She’s launched and managed print and digital products for various industries, including travel and tourism, hospitality, interior design and healthcare.

A University of Miami graduate, Vanessa began her career as an investigative reporter and freelance writer before becoming a marketing professional. After working with notable brands such as Target, Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine, she joined HCP Media (part of the Miami Herald Media Company). She has been a speaker at national media conferences, judged international publishing awards, served as an ambassador for the United Way and a mentor.

Vanessa enjoys traveling, collecting globes, watching The Travel Channel and HGTV, and adventuring with her husband and two young daughters.

Membership in the NAPO South Florida Chapter requires NAPO National membership.  We welcome guests to attend our meetings to learn more about the Chapter.  The $20.00 per meeting Guest fee may be paid by credit card when you register online or by cash or check at the door.

Directions (from I-95):

  • Take Exit 26 onto I-595 West.
  • Take Exit 5 - University Drive.
  • Turn South (left) onto University Drive.
  • Continue southbound several traffic lights, to SW 30th Street (Abe Fischler Boulevard)
  • Turn East (left) on SW 30th Street.  
  • Continue past the Miami Dolphins Training Facility on the right to Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd.
  • Turn right onto Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd. 
  • ENTER THE PARKING GARAGE on the right and follow parking instructions below. 
  • Enter the Carl DeSantis Building (opposite the South entrance to the parking garage.)  Look for signs for the meeting room or inquire at the main Information Desk in the lobby. 

 

PARKING NOTE:   Parking in the Garage is $1.00 per hour.  Please pay on Garage Level 1 at kiosks.
